The INE Fundamentals Bootcamp is the first step in your journey to your CCIE. The goal of the Fundamentals Bootcamp is to equip students with a foundation level of knowledge on Cisco Routing and Switching technologies. The focus of the class is on core concepts and topics found on the CCIE written exam.

The Class Format

This Bootcamp is a combination of lectures, instructor-led demonstrations, hands-on labs and frequent quizzes. The class runs for 5 consecutive days, ten hours per day, typically 9 a.m. to 7 p.m. Each student will be equipped with his or her own virtual rack equipment. Each day, instructor lectures will be followed by applicable technology-focused labs. Upon completion of this class the student will have a solid foundation of knowledge and a keen understanding of what topics to focus on for the remainder of their studies.

Who Should Take This Class

The ideal candidate will have a CCNP Routing & Switching level of knowledge. A CCNP is not required however we strongly recommend at least 3-5 years of field experience prior to attempting a CCIE.

To prepare for this course, we recommend that you review our CCNP self-paced materials, which is available in our All Access Pass. For further preparation, we recommend viewing the CCIE R&S Advanced Technologies Class.
