Ordering & Payment Plan Information

Coupon Codes

If you have a coupon code for INE products, you may enter it in the Coupon Code box on the Add to Cart page during the checkout process, before clicking Checkout. Please note that only one coupon code may be used per order, and each code, unless otherwise specified, may be used only once.

Coupon codes are welcomed with the use of payment plans for eligible training. See below for instructions on purchasing with a Payment Plan.

  • Purchase Order: Purchase order payment terms are 2/10 NET 30 from the invoice date. You can pay your purchase orders by credit card, check, or bank transfer. Payment Plans

General Overview

All orders totaling $999.00 or more are eligible for an installment-based payment plan via credit card. Depending on the total order amount, you may select payment installment ranges between 2 and 4 months. A minimum of 25% of the order total is required as the initial payment. The remaining balance will be spread over the length of the term that your order total qualifies for. This is not a credit or financing plan, and no interest charges or fees are incurred from INE.

Example: You place an order for $4,000 and choose a 4-month payment plan. You must pay $1,000 for your initial payment at the time of placing your order. The remaining $3,000 will be charged automatically by INE over the next 3 months, at $1,000 per month.

Billing Dates

To simplify the billing process and help you plan expenses accordingly, the following payment schedule applies to all orders on a payment plan:

  • For orders placed on the 1st through the 14th of a month, your billing date will be the 14th of every month.
  • For orders placed on the 15th through the end of the month; your billing date will be the 28th of every month.
  • Your initial down payment and your first monthly payment will NOT be taken during the same calendar month. For example, if you place your order on January 17th, your initial down payment will be taken on that day and your next payment will be taken on February 28th.


  • Order total: Your order total must amount to $999 or more to qualify for a Payment Plan.
  • Available Payment Plan terms are 2, 3, or 4 months.
  • Payment method: Payment Plan purchases must be made by credit card. No other payment methods are accepted. By selecting a payment plan, you authorize INE to keep your credit card information on file during the length of the installment term to process the automatic payments.
  • Initial down payment: All Payment Plans must begin with at least a 25% down payment. Any exceptions will be made at the discretion of our billing team.
  • For ALL Payment Plans with any “onsite scheduled instructor-led training”: Your order must be paid in full prior to the class start date.
  • For ALL Payment Plans that include any physical products that are shipped to you: Your order must be paid in full before the shipment can be processed.

Payment Failures and Non-Payment Policy

If your installment charge ever fails on your credit card for any reason, you will be contacted by our billing department via email. You will have three days from that day to respond to the email and sort out the declined payment with our billing team (make sure billing@ine.com is on your email “whitelist”). If we have not heard from you in 3 days, we will attempt to call you by phone, and send a second email. If 5 business days pass and we have not heard from you or made arrangements to make the payment using another method, your account will go into default and will be suspended from all access to your training materials. To reinstate access to your account after it has been suspended, your remaining balance must be paid in full. If your payments have lapsed more than 90 days, a $100 re-instatement fee will apply (along with your remaining payment balance) to access your account.

If you purchase an Access Pass Subscription using a payment plan and your account access is suspended due to non-payment, you forfeit any period of the subscription which has been ongoing while your account was suspended. Any exceptions to this policy are to be performed at the discretion of the billing department only.

How to Pay Using a Payment Plan

To order online, follow this step-by-step guide to register your payment plan. If you want to order by phone, please contact a training advisor.

Step 1.

Click the Add to Cart button next to the item you would like to purchase.

Step 2.

Choose any applicable options for your product. Then click the Add to Cart button to confirm your options.

Step 3.

Confirm your order and the items in your shopping cart, and then click the Checkout button.

Step 4.

Select Payment Plan as your method of payment. Then click Continue.

Step 5.

Fill out the Customer Information and Credit Card Information sections.

In the Payment Plan Information section, select your Payment Plan Length.

Read the Terms & Conditions, and then click Submit Order to complete the process!
