Coupon Codes

If you have a coupon code for INE products, you may enter it in the Coupon Code box on the Add to Cart page during the checkout process, before clicking Checkout. Please not that only one coupon code may be used per order, and each code, unless otherwise specified, may be used only once.

Coupon codes are welcomed with the use of payment plans for eligible training. See below for instructions on purchasing with a Payment Plan.



Payment Methods

Orders for physical products are shipped on the same day if placed before 2:00 p.m. PST Monday-Friday. Otherwise, they will be shipped the next business day. When your order is shipped, you will receive an email with an order status update. You can also log in to your account with our online store to check your shipping information.

  • Credit Cards: We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover.
  • PayPal
  • Gift Certificates: For information about store credits or gift certificates, please see our Terms & Conditions. You may choose to pay with a gift certificate on the Payment Method page during checkout.
  • Wire Transfer: Please contact Sales for wire transfer details.
  • Check by Mail: You may choose to pay with a check on the Payment Method page during checkout. Please remit payment to: INE, Inc., 500 108th Ave NE, Suite 510, Bellevue, WA 98004.
  • Purchase Order: Purchase order payment terms are 2/10 NET 30 from the invoice date. You can pay your purchase orders by credit card, check, or bank transfer. A 1.5% per month (18% APR) late penalty will be added to all invoices not paid by the due date. Please fax a copy of your Purchase Order to +1 775-826-4344 or email it to sales@ine.com.

    General Overview

    All orders totaling $995.00 or more are eligible for an installment-based payment plan via credit card. Depending on the total order amount, you may select payment installment ranges between 2 and 8 months. A minimum of 25% of the order total is required as the initial payment. The remaining balance will be spread over the length of the term that your order total qualifies for. This is not a credit or financing plan, and no interest charges or fees are incurred from INE.

    Example: You place an order for $4,000 and choose a 4-month payment plan. You must pay $1,000 for your initial payment at the time of placing your order. The remaining $3,000 will be charged automatically by INE over the next 3 months, at $1,000 per month.

    Billing Dates

    To simplify the billing process and help you plan expenses accordingly, the following payment schedule applies to all orders on a payment plan:

    • For orders placed on the 1st through the 14th of a month, your billing date will be the 14th of every month.
    • For orders placed on the 15th through the end of the month, your billing date will be the 28th of every month.

    Your initial down payment and your first monthly payment will NOT be taken during the same calendar month. For example, if you place your order on January 17th, your initial down payment will be taken on that day and your next payment will be taken on February 28th.

    Restrictions

    • Order total: Your order total must amount to $995 or more to qualify for a Payment Plan.
    • Available Payment Plan terms (2/4/6/8 months) based on total order amounts:
      $995 to $4,999: 2/4 months
      $5,000 to $7,999: 2/4/6 months
      $8,000 or more: 2/4/6/8 months
    • Payment method: Payment Plan purchases must be made by credit card. No other payment methods are accepted. By selecting a payment plan, you authorize INE to keep your credit card information on file during the length of the installment term to process the automatic payments.
    • Initial down payment: All Payment Plans must begin with at least a 25% down payment. No exceptions will be made.
    • 6- and 8-month terms only: For installment terms of 6 or 8 months, your materials will not all be released to you at once, but instead will be time-released to your account. See below under "Special Rules" for more details.
    • For instructor-led training: See "Special Rules" for more details.
    • For token packages of 1,500 tokens or more: See "Special Rules" for more details.

    Special Rules:

    • For 6- and 8-month Payment Plans with self-paced materials: The electronic materials will be time-released to your account as you make on-time payments. The materials will be released in the order that you will be using them for your studies. When your remaining balance drops below $2,000, all the materials will be released into your account as you continue to make your remaining payment(s). For specific details about the dates on which you would receive your products, please contact sales@ine.com.
    • For ALL Payment Plans with "ongoing online instructor-led content" (such as Lab Meetups & Open Lectures): To participate in ongoing online instructor-led content and training, at least 50% of your order must be paid before you can begin attending the live sessions.
    • For ALL Payment Plans with any "scheduled instructor-led training" (onsite or online): Your order must be paid in full prior to the class start date.
    • For ALL Payment Plans with token packages of 1,500 tokens or more: Token amounts will be released based on the payment plan duration. For example, if you purchase a 1,500-token package and select a 4-month payment plan, you will receive 375 tokens with the initial down payment and 375 tokens with each subsequent payment.

    How to Pay Using a Payment Plan

    To order online, follow this step-by-step guide to register your payment plan. If you want to order by phone, please contact a training advisor.

    Step 1.

    Click the Add to Cart button next to the item you would like to purchase.



    Step 2.

    Choose any applicable options for your product. Then click the Add to Cart button to confirm your options.



    Step 3.

    Confirm your order and the items in your shopping cart, and then click the Checkout button.



    Step 4.

    Select Payment Plan as your method of payment. Then click Continue.



    Step 5.

    Fill out the Customer Information and Credit Card Information sections.

    In the Payment Plan Information section, select your Payment Plan Length. (You can select a payment length between 2 and 8 months, depending on your purchase amount. The initial charge to your credit card will be displayed below your selection.)

    Read the Terms & Conditions, and then click Submit Order to complete the process!
