How to Redeem Coupon Codes

1. Select your items and add them to your Shopping Cart.
2. Once in your shopping cart, enter the code into the "Promotional or Discount Code" field and press update.
(Only one coupon code can be used per order.)

Please double-check the requirements of your coupon code to make sure they are met. Each code has different rewards and requirements and, unless otherwise specified, can be used only once.

Discount codes are welcomed with the use of payment plans for eligible training. See below for step-by-step instructions on applying a payment plan with your training.

General Overview

All orders totaling $995.00 or more are eligible for an installment-based payment plan via credit card. Depending on the total order amount, you may select payment installment ranges from 2 to 8 months. A minimum of 25% of the order total is required as the initial payment. The remaining balance will be spread over the length of term your order total qualifies for. This is not a credit or financing plan, and no interest charges or fees are incurred from INE.

Example: You place an order for $4000 and choose a 4-month payment plan. You must pay $1,000 for your initial payment at the time of placing your order. The remaining $3,000 will be charged automatically by INE over the next 3 months, at $1,000 per month.

Billing Dates

In order to simplify your billing date every month and help you plan expenses accordingly, the following payment schedule will apply to all orders on a payment plan:

  • For orders placed on the 1st through the 14th of a month; your billing date will be on the 14th of every month.
  • For orders placed on the 15th through the end of the month; your billing date will be the 28th of every month.

Your initial down payment and your first monthly payment will NOT be taken during the same calendar month. For example, if you place your order on January 17th, your initial down payment will be taken on that day; and your next payment will be taken on February 28th (not January 28th, as that would be the same month in which you placed your order).

Restrictions

  • Order total: Your order total must amount to $995.00 or more to qualify for a Payment Plan.
  • Available Payment Plan terms (2/4/6/8 Months) based on total order amounts:
    $995 to $4,999: 2/4 Months
    $5,000 to $7,999: 2/4/6 Months
    $8,000 and above: 2/4/6/8 Months
  • Payment method: Payment Plans are only available by credit card. No other payment methods are accepted. By selecting a payment plan, you authorize INE to keep your credit card information on file during the length of the installment term in order to process the automatic payments.
  • Initial Down Payment: All Payment Plans must begin with at least a 25% down payment. No exceptions will be made.
  • 6 and 8-month terms only: For installment terms of 6 or 8 months, your materials will not all be released to you at once, but instead will be time-released to your account. See below under "Special Rules" for more details.
  • For Instructor-Led Training: See "Special Rules" for more details.
  • For token packages of 1500 tokens or more: See "Special Rules" for more details.

Special Rules:

  • For 6 & 8 month Payment Plans with Self-Paced Materials: The electronic materials will be time-released to your account as you make on-time payments. The materials will be released in the order that you will be using them for your studies. Once your remaining balance drops below $2,000, all the materials will be released into your account as you continue to make your last payment(s). For specific details about what dates you would receive which products, please contact .
  • For ALL Payment Plans with "Ongoing Online Instructor-led content" (such as Lab Meetups & Open Lectures): In order to participate in ongoing online instructor-led content and training, at least 50% of your order must have been paid before you can begin attending the live sessions. Example: If you purchase a CCIE Routing and Switching Training Program Live "Lab Meet-up Sessions" at least 50% of your order must be paid before you can participate in the live online sessions. (Online 'Bootcamps', 'Workshops', and 'Advanced Foundations' and 'Technologies' classes do not fall into this category, and require full payment. See below)
  • For ALL Payment Plans with any "Scheduled Instructor-led Class Training" (onsite or online): Your order must be 100% paid-in-full prior to the class/bootcamp start date. Example: If you purchased a CCIE 2.0 Program with a 12-Day Onsite Bootcamp, your order has to be completely paid off before you can attend the onsite bootcamp.
  • For ALL Payment Plans with token packages of 1500 tokens or more: Token amounts will be released based on the payment plan number of months. For example, if you purchase a 1500 token package and select a 4-month payment plan, you will receive 375 tokens with the initial down payment, and 375 tokens with each subsequent payment.

How To Pay Using A Payment Plan

To order online, we've created a step-by-step guide to register your payment plan. If you want to order by phone, please contact a training advisor.

Step 1. In order to checkout using a payment plan, please click the add to cart button next to the item you would like to purchase.

Step 2. Choose any applicable options for your product. Then click the Add to Cart button to confirm your options.

Step 3. Confirm your order and the items in your shopping cart then click the Checkout Button

Step 4. Select Payment Plan as your method of payment. Then click Continue.

Step 5. Fill out the Customer Information and Credit Card Information Fields.

Step 6. Select your payment plan length. (You can select a payment length between two to eight months, depending on your purchase amount.The amount your credit card will initially be charged will be displayed below your selection.)

Step 7. Read the "Terms and Conditions". Now click Submit Order to complete the process!

Same Day Shipping

Orders are shipped same-day if placed before 2:00 p.m. PST Monday-Friday. Otherwise, they will be shipped the next business day. When your order is shipped you will receive an email with an order status update. You can also login to your account with our online store to check your shipping information.

Same Day Electronic Access
